The workshop for fused silica products was founded in 2010, building area of about 1250 square meters, engaged in supplying fused silica products \zirconia nozzle\upper nozzle to metallurgical & non-ferrous metallurgical industry. Our capacity for fused silica products is 1200MT annually, 800mt is for domestic market, about 400mt is for oversea market.We have existing staff 30 people for fused silica workshop, including engineering and technical personnel 4 people, they are very familiar with engineering specifications, standards and management requirements, international standards.

The fused slica producing line including five parts(with heating in winter and good ventilating conditions). For Raw material store we have specialized facility for broken fused silica lump which can guarantee the purity of content and preventing the mixing of non-crystalline silica.

We have four kilns in burning area: three shuttle kilns (4.5mt), one electric kiln(4.5mt). The shuttle kilns are adopting canning pure liquefied gas which can guarantee the high burning temperature 1700 celsius centigrade. Meanwhile the electric kiln can burn high density refractory products.

Our fused silica shrouds/ nozzles have better thermal shock resistance, much lower thermal expansion, and performing long life excellently for metallurgical/non-ferrous metallurgical industry.
